Cashback is not available until full completion of a flight. For return flights, completion is satisfied once both legs have been consumed.

Cashback is ineligible on the following:

• Flights paid in part or in full with Velocity points or Virgin Flights credits (cancellations etc).
• Commission is only paid if a flight has fully flown and the booking has not been changed or cancelled.
• Flights booked via the Virgin Australia mobile app.
• Purchases using coupon codes not listed on Cashrewards.
• Purchases via the merchant's mobile app.
• Purchase that are cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.
• GST and all other taxes, levies and surcharges
• Fraudulent transactions.
• Purchases using any type of discount which lowers price advertised on the Merchant site, including but not limited to employee discounts, student discounts and price-matching.
• Cashback is ineligible on codeshare bookings which is defined as any booking where the operating airline is not Virgin Australia.
• Cashback is ineligible for bookings generated directly from Paid Search or Advertising Networks without the written approval from Virgin Australia..
• Cashback is ineligible on ancillary products for hotels, cars, extra seats, baggage or insurance which are made through manage your booking, check-in or in non-flight related booking platforms.
