What you need to know
- Empty cart and/or wishlist prior to clicking from Cashrewards
- Return and click through Cashrewards for each new transaction
- Finalise your purchase on the page opened by Cashrewards. No new tab or new browser
- You cannot click in another rewards website
Cashback is eligible exclusively on hotels booked directly through TripAdvisor. To be eligible, look for the "rewards eligibility" check mark next to the listed hotel and use the 'Book & Get Rewards' button to make your reservation.
Please note that bookings must be finalised on the TripAdvisor website at the TripAdvisor-listed price; reservations made through third-party sites are not eligible for cashback.
Cashback on the TripAdvisor Plus subscription is eligible for new subscribers only on the initial purchase, and will be paid only once per member.
Cashback is ineligible on the following:
- Bookings made through the TripAdvisor mobile app.
- On bookings over AUD $5000.
- Experiences booked using Tripadvisor Plus
- Purchase of vacation rentals, flights, restaurants, virtual experiences.
- Purchase of gift cards or use of gift cards for full or partial payment.
- Purchases using coupon codes not listed on Cashrewards.
- Purchases via the merchant's mobile app.
- Purchase that are cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.
- GST, other taxes and delivery fees.
- Fraudulent transactions.
- Purchases using any type of discount which lowers price advertised on the Merchant site, including but not limited to employee discounts, student discounts and price-matching.
