Cashback is based on the percentage of one month's payment of the service cost of Postpaid & SIM Only plans. The service must be activated within 30 days of purchase.
Phones on Plans are only eligible for cashback the first month, repayments are excluded from cashback.
Cashback is ineligible on recharges, upgrade services, add-ons, business plans, and any plan not listed in the schedule of rates on this page.
Cashback is ineligible on delivery costs & GST.
