    Cashback is ineligible on the following:

    • Outright device/hardware purchases. Sale price of outright device/hardware ordered in conjunction with plans will not be included in the cashback amount.

    • Activation fees, the value of any activation fees due with the first month’s plan fee will not be included in the cashback amount.

    • Items that are cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.
