Cashback offer is only available to new nib customers who purchase an eligible combined nib Health Insurance Hospital and Extras policy via Cashrewards.
Customer eligibility is determined by the merchant, not Cashrewards.
Cashback is eligible on one Hospital and Extras policy only.
Cashback is not eligible on nib Basic Kickstarter and Basic Accident Hospital policies, Hospital only or Extras only policies and non-health related policies (e.g. travel). Cashback offer is not available to: (a) existing health insurance policyholders of any policies issued by nib Health Funds Ltd, including under the following brands: nib, AAMI, Apia, Suncorp, ING Health Insurance, GU Health, Priceline, Qantas, Real Health Insurance and Seniors Health Insurance;, or (b) previous policyholders who have held health insurance with any of these brands and cancelled their policy within the last 6 months.
Cashback is calculated on the member’s nib annual premium in their first year. The eligible member must maintain the qualifying policy for 60 consecutive days. Cashback will be forfeited if the eligible member cancels their policy.
You must return and click through Cashrewards for each new transaction to be eligible for cashback.
Cashback is ineligible on the following:
- Purchases via the merchant's mobile app.
- Policies that are cancelled or renewed.
- Purchase of gift cards or use of gift cards for full or partial payment.
- Purchases using coupon codes not listed on Cashrewards.
- GST, other taxes and delivery fees.
- Fraudulent transactions.
- Purchases using any type of discount which lowers price advertised on the Merchant site, including but not limited to employee discounts, student discounts and price-matching.
