What you need to know
- Empty cart and/or wishlist prior to clicking from Cashrewards
- Return and click through Cashrewards for each new transaction
- Finalise your purchase on the page opened by Cashrewards. No new tab or new browser
- You cannot click in another rewards website
With the exception of Telehealth partners, cashback is ineligible for existing patients of the health provider with whom the booking is made. This offer is exclusively available to new patients who have not previously attended an appointment with the health provider
Cashback is eligible on Dental, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic and Telehealth bookings only. Cashback is ineligible for all other healthcare services.
Cashback is eligible for bookings made via the Healthengine marketplace only. Cashback is ineligible for bookings made directly with the health provider's website without clicking from Cashrewards.
Appointment must be attended within 12 months of booking.
Cashback is eligible on more than one booking through Healthengine provided each booking is made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Healthengine reserves the right to verify the eligibility of cashback (including contacting the relevant health provider) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process
Cashback offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Healthengine promotions, discounts or offers.
Cashback is ineligible on the following:
- Appointments which are missed, cancelled or refunded.
- Purchase of gift cards or use of gift cards for full or partial payment.
- Purchases using coupon codes not listed on Cashrewards.
- GST, other taxes and delivery fees.
- Fraudulent transactions.
- Purchases using any type of discount which lowers price advertised on the Merchant site, including but not limited to employee discounts, student discounts and price-matching.
