What you need to know
- Empty cart and/or wishlist prior to clicking from Cashrewards
- Return and click through Cashrewards for each new transaction
- Finalise your purchase on the page opened by Cashrewards. No new tab or new browser
- You cannot click in another rewards website
Do not click on advertising banners or sponsored links on the eBay website - this will result in not earning cashback.
Do not add products to the eBay wishlist and purchase over 24 hours later - cashback may not be awarded.
New and Reactivated definition: New customers to eBay, or eBay customers that have not shopped at eBay in the last 365 days. Limited to 1 new/reactivated customer transaction per Cashrewards account.
To be eligible for cashback via the eBay app, you must already have the eBay app installed before you tap "Shop Now" from the Cashrewards app.
Transactions track upon full payment. Transactions not paid within the 30 day reconciliation window won’t qualify for cashback.
Sales values are calculated based on currency conversions provided by eBay. Cashback is based upon these reported values.
Cashback is eligible when eBay gift cards are used as a payment method.If anything in your cart is unpaid, cancelled, changed or returned, cashback for the entire cart will be declined.
eBay reports transactions based on item instead of combined cart value. If you purchase multiple items in one order, they will report as multiple transactions in your Cashrewards account.
You must return and click through Cashrewards for each new transaction.
Cashback is ineligible on the following:
- Purchases using any coupon codes not listed on Cashrewards.
- Purchases via auction or best offer prices.
- Purchase of Non-Profit, Charity, Real Estate, eBay Plus Subscriptions.
- Purchases paid with eBay credits (in part or full).
- Purchase that are cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.
- GST, other taxes and delivery fees.
- Fraudulent transactions.
- Purchases using any type of discount which lowers price advertised on the Merchant site, including but not limited to employee discounts, student discounts and price-matching.
