What you need to know
- Empty cart and/or wishlist prior to clicking from Cashrewards
- Return and click through Cashrewards for each new transaction
- Finalise your purchase on the page opened by Cashrewards. No new tab or new browser
- You cannot click in another rewards website
Cashback is eligible only for Coles online purchases (not in-store).
$2 mid-week delivery applies for 6-hour windows, Tuesday-Thursday. Min spends, exclusions and T&Cs apply for delivery and Click & Collect services.
You must return and click through Cashrewards for each new transaction.
Cashback is ineligible on the following:
- Tobacco & smoking purchase.
- Packaging (eg. paper bags for groceries)
- Any orders that have their collection or delivery date/time altered after the order is placed.
- Purchases via the Coles mobile app.
- Creation of multiple Coles online accounts.
- Purchase of gift cards or use of gift cards for full or partial payment.
- Purchases using coupon codes not listed on Cashrewards.
- Purchases via the merchant's mobile app.
- Purchase that are cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.
- GST, other taxes and delivery fees.
- Fraudulent transactions.
- Purchases using any type of discount which lowers price advertised on the Merchant site, including but not limited to employee discounts, student discounts and price-matching.
