To be eligible for this cashback offer, you must: (i) not have held domestic Bupa health insurance within the past 60 days of your join date; (ii) be an Australian resident over the age of 18; (iii) take out an eligible Bupa health insurance policy, being a combined Domestic Hospital and Extras product, packaged product or Hospital only product issued by Bupa (excluding ambulance only or Extras only products, short stay visitors products, overseas visitors or student products) via the Cashrewards platform; (iv) maintain this policy and pay 60 days of premiums by direct debit (excluding any free cover periods) from the join date; and (v) provide a valid email address.
The cashback amount is based on the annualised value of your first year’s premiums of the policy (including any applicable Age Based Discount, Lifetime Health Cover loading or Australian Government rebates) held at the date all eligibility criteria has been satisfied.
Your cashback amount will be approved under the “My Rewards” section of your Cashrewards account within 60 days after Bupa confirms all eligibility criteria have been met.
