My cashback hasn't appeared in my account yet?
Don't worry, it can take up to 48 hours for cashback to track to your account. Just make sure you clicked 'Shop Now' via this merchant page and ensure the "Cashrewards" brand logo is displayed on each page of your booking and appears on your Booking.com confirmation email. If the transaction doesn't appear in your account within 7 days, you can simply lodge a transaction query and we will look into this for you.
What happens to my cashback, if I upgrade my room or extend my travel?
There is no need to cancel and rebook, simply make sure any amendments are made via Booking.com's website or app and your cashback amount will be recalculated at the cashback % offered at the time you made your initial booking. Kindly note, upgrades are subject to availability. Any changes made directly with the hotel/property will invalidate cashback.
Can I change payment method after making a booking?
Yes absolutely! Any changes to payment method won't impact your cashback. Simply manage your booking within the account section of the Booking.com. Make sure your new payment details are updated before payment is required.
If I cancel my booking, will I still receive cashback?
Sadly not, if you cancel your booking, this will make you ineligible for cashback. Please kindly note, in case of no show, the hotel or Booking.com will cancel your reservation on your behalf and cashback will be ineligible.
Does Booking.com have onsite promotions?

How do I manage my booking?
Simply log into your Booking.com account to access and manage your booking.
What you need to know
- Empty cart and/or wishlist prior to clicking from Cashrewards
- Return and click through Cashrewards for each new transaction
- Finalise your purchase on the page opened by Cashrewards. No new tab or new browser
- You cannot click in another rewards website
Important: Ensure "In Partnership with Cashrewards" or "Cashrewards" branding logo is displayed on each page of your booking. Your sale will not track and will not be attributed to Cashrewards if logo is not present. Your Booking.com confirmation email must also show this and claims will not be accepted if not present. When initiating a booking via Cashrewards on a device, kindly ensure the entire process is completed using that same device.
The purchase amount will display in EUR in your My Rewards, however the cashback amount is converted to AUD at current conversion rates.
Cashback is eligible on accommodation bookings only.
To be eligible for cashback via the Booking.com app, you must have the Booking.com app installed prior to tapping 'Shop Now' from the Cashrewards app.
The final amount of your reward is an estimation, it excludes taxes/fees, additional charges such as cleaning fees on homes, villas, and apartments, and is subject to currency conversion rates.
Cashback is ineligible on the following:
- Any changes made directly with the hotel/property will invalidate cashback.
- Car rentals, flights, non-accommodation bookings.
- Use of any Booking.com refer-a-friend links, codes or any non-Cashrewards incentives (offers, links, newsletters, secret prices), unless stated as eligible on this site.
- Travel that is not consumed.
- Cleaning fees for homes & apartments.
- GST and other taxes.
- Fraudulent transactions.
- Expenditure outside of the room rate (room service, in-room movies, parking, dry cleaning, etc).
- Purchases using any type of discount which lowers price advertised on the Merchant site, including but not limited to employee discounts, student discounts and price-matching.
