What you need to know
- Empty cart and/or wishlist prior to clicking from Cashrewards
- Return and click through Cashrewards for each new transaction
- Finalise your purchase on the page opened by Cashrewards. No new tab or new browser
- You cannot click in another rewards website
Important: To be eligible for cashback via the Agoda app, you must have the Agoda app installed prior to tapping 'Shop Now' from the Cashrewards app.
Agoda cashback may take up to 48 hours to report into your Cashrewards account.
Cashback is eligible on hotel bookings only.
Cashback will not track if bookings are made in incognito or private browsing mode.
The purchase amount will display in USD in your My Rewards, however the cashback amount is converted to AUD at current conversion rates.
You must return and click through from Cashrewards every time you make a new booking.
Cashback is ineligible on the following:
- Flights and packages
- Bookings not consumed
- Purchase of gift cards or use of gift cards for full or partial payment.
- Purchases using coupon codes not listed on Cashrewards or any non-Cashrewards incentives (offers, links, newsletters, secret prices) will invalidate cashback, unless stated as eligible on this site.
- Purchases made partially or in full with any Agoda credit, including good will credit, or use of any voucher codes.
- Purchase that are cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.
- GST, other taxes and delivery fees.
- Fraudulent transactions.
- Purchases using any type of discount which lowers price advertised on the Merchant site, including but not limited to employee discounts, student discounts and price-matching.
