Role Overview
As Product Manager for Partnerships, you will play a critical role in driving company growth by developing and integrating strategic partnerships that embed Cashrewards into partner product experiences, delivering added value for their customers, and achieving mutual business success.
Reporting to our Group Product Manager for Growth Group, you will work closely within a cross-functional team, senior stakeholders and strategic partners to innovate and evolve our integration capabilities, creating seamless, deeply integrated experiences through continuous optimisation and new product feature development.
We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills to lead strategic partner discussions, balancing short-term business priorities with long-term opportunities. You will be responsible for delivering a scalable, repeatable Partner Product that enables future growth. Your technical proficiency will enable you to clearly articulate and validate requirements with both partners and engineering teams, ensuring we deliver incredible product experiences for our partners.
THIS IS A 12 MONTH CONTRACT ROLE
Your Focus
- Build and foster strong relationships with strategic partners and internal teams, setting clear expectations for the Partner Product.
- Become subject matter expert for the Partner Product and able to talk to the customer experience and tech capabilities.
- Define Cashrewards’ Partner Product long-term strategy and roadmap that aligns with the growth area of Cashrewards, and broader product strategy & roadmap.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities with new or existing strategic partners and appraise these for alignment with our long-term strategy and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to launch, drive engagement, and enhance new and existing strategic partnerships, while managing cross-team dependencies.
- Own and drive trusted partnership relationships to work towards achieving mutual business objectives, identify new joint strategic opportunities informed by the partnership performance and customer data, then coordinating with engineering to build and launch new features and enhancements to optimise partner performance
- Run innovation workshops and validate new ideas, collaborating with stakeholders, product and technical teams to explore new strategic partnership opportunities.
- Communicate product outcomes, successes, and lessons learned to internal and external partnership stakeholders.
About You
- Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and concisely to stakeholders and external partners to manage expectations, whilst confidentially delivering messages with conviction that influences strategic discussions.
- Technically proficient to validate and articulate technical requirements for Partner Product integrations with engineering teams internally and with partners.
- Strong prioritisation skills to balance short-term business priorities with longer-term strategic opportunities to ensure immediate business requirements are met, whilst also focusing on delivering long-term capabilities for future growth.
- Experience with managing end-to-end product development lifecycle within cross-functional engineering teams, from concept to design, development and launch.
- Analytical & data driven and can turn insights into actions, with a strong ability to influence others, whilst taking ownership of decisions and outcomes.
- Critical thinker, curious and likes to solve problems or make things better within your area of expertise and adjacent business areas.
- Resilient and able to pivot when things change quickly such as requirements based on internal decisions or external partnership discussions.
- Detail-oriented and the ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects running in parallel in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercially minded and ability to translate business metrics into levers and drivers for product initiatives and contribute to the broader business performance.
- An experimental and innovative mindset and an ability to conduct experiments to test, learn and optimise the customer experience across the entire funnel.
