ANZ Snow White Holiday Competition (“Competition”) Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”)

1. Information on how to enter the Competition and the prizes under the Competition form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Competition (including by accepting a prize), a person is taken to have accepted, and to have agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. The “Promoter” is Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (“ANZ”) (ABN 11 005 357 522) 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008.

3. The Competition commences at 12.01am AEDT on Friday 14 March 2025 and closes at 11.59pm AEDT on Friday 28 March 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

4. Subject to clause 5 below, entry is open to Australian residents who: a) are 18 years of age or older at the time of entering the Competition; and b) are a current eligible ANZ Plus Visa Debit or ANZ Visa Credit or Debit cardholder and continue to be as such during the Promotion Period; and c) are not, an employee, contractor, board member or executive management committee member (or a member of the immediate family of such an individual) of the Promoter or an entity associated with conducting the Competition, or a subsidiary or related entity of the Promoter or an entity associated with conducting the Competition at any time from when the Competition commences until the Prize (as defined in clause 15) is accepted (inclusive); and d) must be available to accept the “Prize” (as defined in clause 15), in its entirety (including within the dates outlined in clause 20 of these Terms & Conditions). If the drawn entrant is unable to accept the Prize they will be considered ineligible & the Prize will be forfeited in its entirety, and a new Eligible Entry will be drawn.

5. For the purpose of clause 4(b) an ANZ Plus Visa debit card or ANZ Visa credit and debit card is ineligible if the account is overdrawn, blocked, suspended or in default.

6. For the purposes of clause 4(c), “immediate family” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

7. To enter the Competition, Eligible Entrants must during the Promotion Period: a) if not already a Cashrewards member, become a Cashrewards member; b) complete and submit the entry form (including providing the email addresses associated with their Cashrewards member account and ANZ account, first name and last name and mobile number) available on join.cashrewards.com.au/snow-white-competition during the Promotion Period; c) complete any purchase with a participating merchant via a Cashrewards platform. Use of a Cashrewards platform is subject to the Cashrewards Terms of Use.

(“Eligible Entry”)

8. The purchase of one (1) or multiple items in one (1) transaction via a Cashrewards platform will be considered as one (1) Eligible Entry. Multiple entries are permitted.

9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the eligibility and validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, place of residence and other eligibility to ensure entrants are compliant with these Terms and Conditions) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe is ineligible for the Competition or has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Competition. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

10. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

11. The draw for the competition winner will take place at 10.00am AEDT on Friday 4 April 2025 at Cashrewards, Level 19, 242 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The Promoter will then verify the eligibility and validity of the drawn Eligible Entrant. The winner will be contacted in writing by the Promoter (relying on the details provided in the winner’s entry) by Wednesday 9 April 2025 (“Notification Date”). The first initial and surname of the winner will also be published online from Friday 11 April 2025 at cashrewards.com.au/blog/cashback-news/snow-white-competition from the Notification Date, subject to clause 29, for a minimum of thirty (30) days. The postcode of the winner who is a South Australian resident will also be published online unless that winner requests otherwise. The Promoter shall not be held liable for any failure to notify the winner resulting from the provision of inaccurate or incomplete information at the time of entry.

12. There will be one (1) draw and one (1) Prize winner (“Winner”).

13. The Promoter may draw additional Eligible Entries (“Reserve Entries”) and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn or the Prize remains unclaimed or forfeited.

14. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. The first Eligible Entry drawn from all Eligible Entries received will receive (the “Prize”) as described below:

• Return economy flights for two (2) adults and two (2) children under 16 years of age from select major international airports in Australia to Manchester, England, UK (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties).
• Roundtrip transfers from Manchester Airport to accommodation in Snowdonia, Wales.
• Five (5) nights’ accommodation based on one quadruple occupancy room for two (2) adults and two (2) children under 16 in a luxury five-star castle accommodation in Snowdonia including daily breakfast (Property selected by Promoter).
• Underground Trampolining Experience for one (1) hour which includes return transfers and all equipment.
• Self-guided visit to a medieval castle and botanical gardens which includes return transfers and admission tickets.
• Afternoon tea at hotel accommodation which includes set menu of sandwiches, cakes, scones and tea.
• Luxury Picnic Hamper which includes a set picnic menu, cutlery and plates, delivered to hotel accommodation.
• Travel Insurance Allowance: Provided to the value of $75 USD per adult.

16. The Winner and their companion are responsible for transport to and from their residence to the airport.

17. The maximum retail prize value of the Prize is up to $24,169 AUD depending on the point of departure. Values are correct as at Friday, 28 February 2025. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize.

18. Unless otherwise stated in clause 15, the Prize does not include other meals or drinks, hotel car parking, car rental, additional spending money, other excursions or attractions, treatments, ground transfer fees, passports, visas, telephone charges, items of a personal nature, in-room charges or any other ancillary costs. Other hotel incidentals (including without limitation in-house mini-bar, telephone, and laundry charges), private transportation to events and activities and transportation other than stated, travel or other insurance, or any other costs of a related, ancillary, personal or incidental nature are not included.

19. The Prize is subject to availability at the time of booking. The Winner and their companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together with the same itinerary. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the Prize.

20. The Prize is supplied by individual providers and is subject to the relevant provider’s standard terms and conditions (“Prize Providers”). The Winner and their companion are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite vaccinations and travel documentation. Compliance with any health or other government requirements, other travel documentation and any requirements of a personal nature are the responsibility of the Winner and their nominated companion.

Additionally;

• Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available, flight itinerary will be determined by Prize Provider at their sole discretion;
• The trip must include a Saturday night stay;
• A credit or debit card for incidentals may be requested by the hotel at check in and therefore at least one of the Recipients must possess and travel with a valid credit or debit card;
• Accommodations will be selected by Element London Ltd at their sole discretion;
• Any traveler aged under 18 must have prior parental or guardian permission;
• Prize is valid for 12 months from the Notification Date and all travel must be completed within that time;
• Prize cannot be taken over the months of July and August, Christmas, New Year or Public Holidays in the prize package destination or the country of departure;
• Any necessary visas or insurance are the responsibility of the Winner and guests;
• A $75 USD cash allowance per adult will be provided for Winner and guests to purchase travel insurance;
• Where applicable, any modifications to the Prize will be at the Winner's own expense;
• The Prize inclusions are subject to availability, where any of the stated inclusions are unavailable, the Promoter will offer suitable alternatives of equal value;
• If Winner is unable to participate in any of the stated activities, then the Promoter will offer suitable alternatives of equal value, alternative activities will be determined by Prize Provider at their sole discretion;
• The minimum height for the underground trampolining experience is 1m, children aged 13 and under require a participating adult;
• Children must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times on all tours and experiences;
• All cash allowances will be converted into AUD and transferred into one nominated bank account;
• Nothing in this Prize authorizes any person to use the Walt Disney Company's and its affiliated companies (collectively, "Disney") name, brand, intellectual property, characters or reputation by the Winner whatsoever. A valid promotional agreement with Disney is a precondition for use of Disney's name or Disney-owned intellectual property;
• The Walt Disney Company, and each of their respective parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not responsible for the Competition, administration or execution of the Prize;
• The Walt Disney Company is not a so-called “sponsor,” “administrator” or “prize provider.” The Walt Disney Company, its parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary entities and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, illnesses, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or are in any way related to the prize travel package, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize travel package, or prize-related activity including, without limitation, travel, the promotion, the competition, the contest or the sweepstakes.

21. If any non-cash prize (or part of any non-cash prize) is unavailable, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the non-cash prize (or that part of the non-cash prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.

22. Travel dates must be confirmed by the Winner within 45 days of the Notification Date. The Winner must provide the Promotor with details of their nominated companion’s name by 5.00 pm AEST Monday 19 May 2025 and acknowledge that such details cannot be amended thereafter.

23. All flights are non-changeable. Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating Prize Provider(s), and subject to the unclaimed Prize draw clause, if for any reason the Winner does not, once the Prize has been booked, take the Prize (or an element of the Prize) at the time stipulated, then the Prize (or that element of the Prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.

24. The Prize is subject to the individual supplier terms and conditions, including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and Prize Providers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject the Winner (and/or his/her/their companion) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the Prize.

25. The Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, are not exchangeable, transferable, refundable, and non-cash prizes are not redeemable for cash.

26. Tax implications may arise from the Prize winnings. Independent advice should be sought.

27. The Promoter reserves the right to run a Prize redraw in the event of an Eligible Entrant forfeiting or not claiming a prize. For any Prize that remains unclaimed or forfeited as at 10.00am AEST on Wednesday, 4 June 2025, subject to any applicable law, Cashrewards will conduct a further draw on Thursday, 5 June 2025 at the same time and place as the original draw. The Promoter will then verify the eligibility and validity of the drawn Eligible Entrant. The Winner, if any, will be contacted in writing by the Promoter (relying on the details provided in the Winner’s entry) on Wednesday, 11 June 2025, and their first initial and surname will be published online at cashrewards.com.au/blog/cashback-news/snow-white-competition from Friday, 13 June 2025, subject to clause 29, for a minimum of 30 days. The postcode of any Winner who is a South Australian resident will also be published online unless that Winner requests otherwise. The Promoter shall not be held liable for any failure to notify the Winner of the redraw resulting from the provision of inaccurate or incomplete information at the time of entry.

28. As a condition of accepting the Prize: a) the Winner of the Prize must remain an ANZ customer for the duration of the Prize or until it is otherwise fully taken; and b) the Winner (and his/her/their companion) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or Prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form. If the Winner’s companion is under the age of 18, a nominated parent/legal guardian of such person will be required to sign the legal documentation under this clause on their behalf.

29. If the Winner forfeits the Prize or notifies the Promoter that they do not wish to accept the Prize, the publication of the Winner’s name as outlined in clauses 11 and 27 will be removed within 24 hours of such forfeiture or notification.

30. Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter and Cashrewards Operations Pty Ltd ABN 72 150 888 136 (“Cashrewards”) using their name, likeness, image and/or voice if they accept the Prize (film, recording and/or and photographs of the same) in any media without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Competition (including any outcome), and any or future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.

31. The Promoter and Cashrewards will collect personal information and may use this personal information for assessing and processing your entry into and conducting the Competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal information to to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry into the Competition is conditional on providing this personal information.

32. The Promoter and Cashrewards may collect or process this information from you directly or through service providers who collect your personal information on behalf of the Promoter and Cashrewards.

33. The Promoter and Cashrewards will each use and handle personal information as set out in: (a) for the Promoter, its privacy policy and the ANZ Plus Privacy Collection Notice, which can be viewed at https://www.anz.com.au/privacy/centre/policy/; **and (b) for Cashrewards, its privacy policy which can be viewed at **https://www.cashrewards.com.au/privacy. The Promoter’s privacy policy and the ANZ Plus Privacy Collection Notice, and Cashrewards’ privacy policy, also contain information about how Eligible Entrants may update their preferences, access, update or correct their personal information held by the Promoter or Cashrewards (as applicable), how Eligible Entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles by the relevant entity or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with.

34. If this Competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to acting reasonably: (a) disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Competition, as appropriate.

35. The Winner and companion travel at their own risk and in the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, government lockdown, pandemic, or any other kind of disaster or unforeseeable event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition or suspend, substitute or modify the Prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.

36. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.

37. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001 (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”).

38. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded or modified by agreement, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, each of the Promoter and Cashrewards (including its respective officers, employees and agents): (a) makes no warranties or representations and expressly disclaims any and all liabilities (including for consequential damages) to the type, quality standard, or fitness or suitability for any purpose of all or part of the Prize; (b) is not responsible for any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or Cashrewards); (c) is not responsible for the loss, theft or destruction of all or part of a Prize or the loss or theft of a cash prize; (d) is not responsible for any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter or Cashrewards, as applicable) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (e) is not responsible for any variation in the value of non-cash prizes to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (f) is not responsible if any of the events for the Prize is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (g) is not responsible for any tax liability incurred by a Winner or Eligible Entrant; or (h) does not accept any liability for any personal injury, loss or damage arising from the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize, or the failure to claim or use the Prize.
