CASHREWARDS LOVE ISLAND PROMOTION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter is Cashrewards Operations Pty Ltd (ABN 72 150 888 136) of Level 1, 125 York Street, Sydney 2000 (“Promoter”).
Entry is only open to Cashrewards members who are Australian residents aged 18 years or over (“Eligible Entrants”).
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Entries into the promotion open on 31/10/2022 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on 02/12/2022 (“Promotional Period”).
To enter, Eligible Entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a. Visit https://www.cashrewards.com.au/lp/love-to-win
b. Input the requested details including first name, last name and email address linked to Cashrewards account.
c. Read these Terms and Conditions and once agreed, tick the acknowledgement box and submit entry form.
d. Make a purchase of $20 or more at any online store via the Cashrewards Service (as that term is defined in the Cashrewards Terms of Use.
Only one entry per Eligible Entrant is permitted.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an Eligible Entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Incomplete or decipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Eligible Entrant.
This is a game of chance with four (4) winners and skill plays no part in determining the winners. Each winner will be chosen at random from the entry pool.
The computerised random selection of the four (4) winning entries will take place at Level 1, 125 York St, Sydney 2000 on 09/01/2023 at 12pm AEDT. The Promoter may select additional reserves entries and record them in order, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant.
The winners will be notified via email on or before 10/01/2023 11pm AEDT.
The prizes are as follows and are subject to the terms and conditions outlined under each prize.
a. Cotton On – Refresh your wardrobe with a $500 voucher
The conditions of use of the gift card are available at Online Gift Card Redemption. Gift cards are only valid in the currency of the country of purchase. They are not redeemable for cash or travellers cheques. If you require a refund on an order where a gift card was redeemed partially or fully, the value will be refunded back onto a gift card. No change will be given for a purchase made with a gift card. Cotton On Group gift cards do not expire. Gift cards are partially redeemable, any balance left unredeemed on the card will not be refunded or credited. Cotton On Group disclaims all responsibility for lost or stolen cards.
b. Liquorland – Shake it up with cocktail supplies worth $500
Cocktail supplies include:
• Mayfair Summer Citrus Gin 700mL;
• Mayfair London Dry Gin 700mL;
• Mayfair Rhubarb & Ginger Gin 700mL;
• Pure Origin Tasmanian Vodka 700mL;
• Chandon NV Sparkling Brut 750mL;
• Just Vodka Just Festival pack Can 330mL (Pack of 12); and
• Malibu Caribbean White Rum 700mL.
Winner must send to Cashrewards:
• a valid copy of their driver licence to confirm proof of age; and
• their postal address to receive the cocktail supplies.
Information regarding the winner’s proof of age and postal address will be shared with Liquorland for the sole purpose of dispatching the cocktail supplies.
c. Target – Style your home with a $500 gift card
The conditions of use of the gift card are available at Gift Card Terms of Use. Stolen, misplaced or lost gift cards will not be replaced or refunded. This card cannot be redeemed at the Target Australia eBay store. Not redeemable for cash or payments of credit cards or store accounts. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards. Gift card will expire 3 years from the issue date.
d. Agoda – Take a trip with a travel voucher code worth $1,000
The winner can elect to the receive the prize via:
• one voucher code worth $1,000;
• two voucher codes worth $500 each; or
• four voucher codes worth $250 each.
Multiple voucher codes cannot be applied in one transaction. If the full value of the voucher code is not used in one transaction, the remaining balance will be forfeited. The voucher code is valid for 3 years from the date of issue. The voucher code is non-transferable, non-cumulative and cannot be exchanged or cash or other products. The voucher code cannot be resold. The voucher code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discount cards, loyalty programs, vouchers, discounted items, or fixed price items. The voucher code is applicable for actual accommodation room and / or air transport charges only (excluding taxes, services fees, processing fees, personal expenses, and similar charges). The voucher code is subject to Agoda’s Terms of Use which are subject to change at any time.
If for any reason a winner does not claim a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited, and another computerised random selection will take place to determine a new winner.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any Eligible Entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Eligible Entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how Eligible Entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may lodge a complaint about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose PI to any entity outside of Australia.
