About the role
As the Senior Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of enterprise brands. This role requires someone to be proactive, continuously pushing and using initiative to get the best performance for your clients.  You will have a passion for great client service, be a team player and be able to coordinate between multiple internal and external stakeholders.  
 
You will be a key person for leading merchant engagement initiatives, you will be required to engage with a range of merchants and deliver results. A commercial mindset, with strong negotiation skills will be required.  
 
The role requires confidence and experience in a commercial client facing role. You will need strong communication skills and be confident in managing senior stakeholders. Be proactive in your approach to client engagement, as well as internal team processes. You need to be able to apply strategic thinking to problem solve and drive growth across your accounts.  
 
The role will support the manager with the management of developing vertical strategies for relevant verticals and those strategies that are aligned to clients and network partners.  

Your Focus

  • Take ownership to drive our enterprise client's performance, proactively gain insight into their business and objectives. Offer tailored solutions across our entire product suite, including Offers and Retail Media. Personalise your approach by providing education and guidance ,leveraging data and product expertise. Create a strong feedback loop, by sharing post campaign reporting and collecting feedback to ensure we are meeting needs of our clients and that there is continued investment. 
  • Build comprehensive account strategy plans & joint business plans to expand opportunities within your portfolio. Formulate advanced strategies to bring in new opportunities, increase revenue streams and promote cross-selling of Retail Media offering (Circuit by Cashrewards). Identify and engage with key stakeholders with diverse objectives, fostering additional relationships to drive overall client growth. 
  • Maintain a knowledge of media best practices, stay on top of trends and translate this knowledge into actionable strategies that drive your verticals and client results. Provide proactive and timely analysis of vertical trends and market insights. 
  • Proactively lead network agency partnerships by fostering collaborative relationships, optimizing performance, and aligning with strategic objectives. 
  • Support junior team to drive strategic opportunities by supporting the manager with coaching and mentoring.  
  • Lead strategic workshops and initiatives with clients to overcome problems and discover opportunities. Work with clients, internal stakeholders to deliver and execute on these plans.  
  • Input in to change initiatives across the CS team, through leveraging commercial and excellent organisation skills.  
  • Manage your own clients QBR’s, PCA and fortnightly WIPs.  

About You

  • Must be able to work independently, with strong operational skills and a positive can-do attitude. 
  • Advanced media/marketing and sales experience delivering business objectives. An understanding of the loyalty, retail, e-com and technology space, and demonstrated history of working within any of these. 
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills, with the confidence to provide insights and feedback to internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Possess a solution mindset and can solve client problems and navigate any technical issues that may arise 
  • Strong campaign management skills are important, along with the ability to manage external and internal timeframes  
  • Self-motivated, self-aware, and emotionally intelligent 
  • Hands on tools including all affiliate networks, Asana Excel & BI are desirable
  • Great work ethic, attention to detail and high reliability. 
  • A strong desire to execute, drive impact, and develop within your organisation
